If you’re one of our clients using using SSL settings with your mail, you will need to replace the old server hostname:
cloud25.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk to the new one: cloud304.thundercloud.uk
You will find these settings under the headings:
Incoming Mail Server
Outgoing Mail Server
You should not need to update any other settings including your email password. Once you change the server hostname, your mail will start running freely again. All mail sent since the migration was performed will be there waiting to come through.
