To export contacts (back up your address book) from Roundcube, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to Roundcube.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Contacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the down arrow next to Export.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click one of the following:\n
      \n
    • To export all of your contacts, click Export all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To export only the currently selected contact, click Export selected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save the VCF file on your local computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To import contacts (from the back up of your address book) follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Log in to Roundcube.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click Contacts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click the Import icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click Choose Files<\/strong>, and then select the file to import.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. To replace the existing address book contacts, select theReplace the entire address bookcheck box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Click\u00a0Import. Roundcube imports the contacts file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
