Firstly, create a new folder on your computer somewhere called &#8216;Email Backup&#8217;<br \/>\n2. Open your Windows Live Mail program.<br \/>\n3. At the top left you will see a little pane with a drop-down arrow next to it. Click it. Go to Export Email &gt; Email<br \/>\nMessages. If it offers a choice in the &#8216;Select Program&#8217; window, choose &#8216;Microsoft Windows Live Mail&#8217; &gt; Next.<br \/>\nThen it will prompt you to browse for a folder to store them in. Just use the &#8216;browse&#8217; button to find the folder you<br \/>\ncreated earlier called &#8216;Email Backup&#8217; and click ok.<br \/>\n4. Select Folders Window &#8211; &#8216;All Folders&#8217; should be chosen by default so just click Next.
