To run your domain email through Gmail you need to apply the following settings:<\/p>\n
1. Open up Gmail and click the settings gear wheel ‘top right’
\n2. Choose ‘Accounts and Imports’ from the top tab
\n3. Click ‘Add a POP3 mail account that you own’ from the ‘Check email from other accounts (using POP3):’ option (4rd down)
\n4. Enter your domain Email Address in the pop up window e.g enquiries@yourdomain.co.uk
\nand click ‘next step’ and enter the following settings:<\/p>\n
Username: enquiries@yourdomain.co.uk
\nPassword: ********
\npop server: pop3@yourdomain.co.uk Port 110<\/p>\n
you can skip the checkboxes. Click ‘Add Account’, click yes or no to save password – your choice
\nThe first checkbox should be ticked (yes I want to be able to send mail as…) > Next Step > Enter the name you wish to be displayed eg. ‘Your company’, untick the alias box > Next Step and enter the following settings:<\/p>\n
SMTP Server: smtp.yourdomain.co.uk Port 587
\nUsername: enquiries@yourdomain.co.uk
\nPassword: ********<\/p>\n
Secured connection using TLS > Add account<\/p>\n
5. Gmail will then send you a verification email to your domain account with a code, copy this and paste into the verify box<\/p>\n
Your gmail will now import your domain emails. <\/p>\n
