Open up Gmail and click the settings gear wheel &#8216;top right&#8217;<br \/>\n2.  Choose &#8216;Accounts and Imports&#8217; from the top tab<br \/>\n3.  Click &#8216;Add a POP3 mail account that you own&#8217; from the &#8216;Check email from other accounts (using POP3):&#8217; option (4rd down)<br \/>\n4.  Enter your domain Email Address in the pop up window e.g enquiries@yourdomain.co.uk<br \/>\nand click &#8216;next step&#8217; and enter the following settings:<\/p>\n<p>Username:  enquiries@yourdomain.co.uk<br \/>\nPassword:  ********<br \/>\npop server:  pop3@yourdomain.co.uk   Port 110<\/p>\n<p>you can skip the checkboxes.  Click &#8216;Add Account&#8217;, click yes or no to save password &#8211; your choice<br \/>\nThe first checkbox should be ticked (yes I want to be able to send mail as&#8230;) > Next Step > Enter the name you wish to be displayed  eg. &#8216;Your company&#8217;, untick the alias box > Next Step and enter the following settings:<\/p>\n<p>SMTP Server: smtp.yourdomain.co.uk  Port 587<br \/>\nUsername: enquiries@yourdomain.co.uk<br \/>\nPassword: ********<\/p>\n<p>Secured connection using TLS > Add account<\/p>\n<p>5.  Gmail will then send you a verification email to your domain account with a code, copy this and paste into the verify box<\/p>\n<p>Your gmail will now import your domain emails. <\/p>\n<p>You will also see when you now click &#8216;Compose&#8217; within Gmail, you have the option to send your mail via your default gmail address or your domain email address via a dropdown.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You may find it more convenient to have your emails in one place.
